Wedding receptions in tents? Why not ?!

wedding-receptions-in-tents-why-not

A stream hums, trees rustle, crickets play, and stars twinkle from heaven to the bride and groom ... - who does not dream of such an idyllic wedding party? About a wonderful wedding in the open air, preferably in a picturesque house, on a warm evening, when everything smells wonderful around ...

No wonder that weddings in tents are so popular that - fortunately - there are even many companies that specialize in providing all the necessary equipment. Someone there always has a garden or a free plot of land on which a house is to be built one day, but for now it is a picturesque destination for weekend getaways (and the subject of consideration of an open-air wedding). Here's what bridesmaids who also dream of marrying in tents should consider:

Time of year - for a wedding in the garden to be really successful, the weather should be good. The best chance is to choose a date in the summer - preferably in June, when the nights are warm and when it is little raining. July, although it is also warm - as shown by meteorological statistics . On the other hand, August is - statistically speaking again - the most beautiful weather, but the evenings are really cool, and the closer to September, the more severe the chill. Place - it should be nice and spacious, so that you can put tables and chairs for guests and all the necessary equipment. So it should be fairly even, nicely covered with grass, not waterlogged, without anthills, etc. On the other hand, however, it cannot be a field where there will be dust, or where there will be various, not very pleasant smells of farm animals in the vicinity ... Needs - how many guests are invited, whether the program will include dancing, live music, how the food will be served, etc. The more guests, the more space to set up the equipment; if the program includes dances, a hardened place should be prepared for the dancers so that they do not twist their legs on the uneven lawn; if the music is to be live, you should also prepare a stage for the band and take care of the sound system, lighting and, above all, electricity! Food - what will be the menu and whether the dishes will need to be heated or cooled before serving - in this case, you will have to take care of kitchen equipment that will ensure proper storage of meals. Another thing to consider is the issue of insects - flies and wasps fly to eat - the former can infect them, the latter can cause panic among the guests. And there are also mosquitoes! The wetter it is, the more of them there are and the more guests bitten by these insects will suffer.

The offer of companies renting tents - you can find here not only tents of various sizes, but also all accompanying equipment - heaters, lighting, sound system, stages, tables and chairs, and even sanitary facilities. As you can see from the list above - organizing an unforgettable wedding in the garden is not that simple and not necessarily the cheapest (it will be easier to set up tents in the garden next to the house, where there is a kitchen, bathroom, etc.), but the effect will be great!
