Originally from the USA, Jacob has been a resident Phuket Wedding Celebrant and Master of Ceremonies at luxury resorts, beaches and private islands located in the region since 2012 where he has led over 800 ceremonies.He organizes a variety of heartfelt celebrations and nuptial events on behalf of local resorts, wedding planners and guests from around the world. His civil wedding ceremonies or vow renewals can be fully customized and typically feature the couple’s selections from the world’s finest romantic & devotional poetry. He works with skilled photographers, florists, celebrants and other vendors from his large network. This is an important part of Jacob’s unique approach as a professional officiant, helping to create a timeless, deep and meaningful experience for destination weddings.

Words, vows and each ceremony component can all reflect a couple’s unique love story.

He also provides a MC service for all types of events, but especially weddings; introducing the bridal party’s grand entrance, and each other element of the party (e.g. cake cutting, bouquet toss, toasts, games or first dances etc). A native English speaker and 5 star spa-wellness consultant, he holds two American marriage officiant credentials and is a member of IAPWO.

He has performed weddings as a celebrant, officiant or emcee for nearly a hundred couples at nine islands: Phi Phi Island, Phuket Island, Koh Nok Island, Buddha Island, Koh Yao Noi Island, Koh Yao Yai Island, Koh Lipe Island, Koh Lanta Island, Koh Rang Yai Island. In provinces: Phuket, Krabi, Phan Nga (Khao Lak) and Satun of Thailand.
